A few weeks ago the village was visited by a doctor and a nurse who provided a much needed basic medical attention for the very first time. During the visit, medical staff performed routine check-ups and completed 9 circumcisions, which is a very important ritual in the village. This has proven to be a great success as a turnout was fantastic.
On this occasion we wanted to do something special and give more to the village. As such we asked what items the families needed the most and we received a very surprising answer: ”Toys!”. We were more than happy to provide different toys to all of the children.
